This Data Retention Policy explains how long PowerPoint.Guru (“we”, “our”, “us”) retains different types of personal data collected through our Website and services, the legal basis for such retention, and what happens to the data after the retention period expires.

3.3. Refused or Refunded Orders
If a Product is refunded (Money Back Guarantee), all related materials and intellectual property revert to the Company, and we delete user access to refunded materials.

4. Security of Retained Data

4.1. We use encryption, restricted access, and secure servers to protect retained data.

4.2. Access to archived data is limited to authorised staff only and is logged.

4.3. When retention ends, deletion is carried out securely and irreversibly.
