Quality Guarantee

This Quality Guarantee (“Guarantee”) describes the standards of service and product quality provided by PowerPoint.Guru (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and the remedies available to customers in case the delivered Product does not meet agreed requirements.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

1.1. All presentations delivered by us are:

  • Tailored to the customer’s instructions and requirements;

  • Professionally designed using recognised presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote);

  • Free from plagiarism and created as original works;

  • Reviewed for accuracy, formatting, and usability before delivery.

1.2. We guarantee compliance with the customer’s order specifications, as set out in the order form.

2. Scope of the Guarantee

2.1. The Quality Guarantee covers:

  • Adherence to customer’s written instructions;

  • Professional formatting, design, and structure;

  • Delivery of original content, free from unauthorised copying;

  • Technical usability of files (opening, editing, presenting).

2.2. The Guarantee does not extend to:

  • Business, financial, or academic results obtained from using the presentation;

  • Subjective preferences not specified in the order (e.g., “I don’t like this color, even though I approved it”);

  • Requests that substantially alter the scope of the original order.

3. Free Revisions

3.1. If the delivered Product does not fully match your initial instructions, you are entitled to up to 5 free revisions, subject to:

  • Requests being consistent with the original instructions;

  • Submission within the free revision period (7 days after approval, 14 days for orders over 20 slides).

3.2. Revision requests outside these conditions may require a new paid order.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1. If you believe the Product does not meet the agreed quality standards, you may:

  • Request revisions;

  • Escalate the matter to Dispute Status with our Support team;

  • Provide detailed examples and justification for your claim.

4.2. Each dispute is reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department, which may request supporting evidence.

4.3. Refund eligibility in such cases is determined under Money Back Guarantee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Quality depends on the clarity of instructions. Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate order requirements;

  • Supplying necessary files (logos, brand guidelines, text content) at the time of order;

  • Responding promptly to clarification requests.

5.2. We are not liable for dissatisfaction caused by vague, incomplete, or contradictory instructions.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1. Our Quality Guarantee ensures compliance with order instructions and professional standards of presentation design.

6.2. We do not guarantee:

  • Any grade, award, contract, or funding outcome;

  • Audience reactions, sales results, or other external impacts.

6.3. Maximum liability is limited to remedies defined in Money Back Guarantee and Revision Policy.

7. Confidentiality of Work

7.1. All materials provided by the customer remain confidential and are used solely for fulfilling the order.

7.2. Completed presentations will not be reused, resold, or disclosed to third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.

8. Amendments

We may update this Quality Guarantee from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on the Website.
