On-time Delivery Guarantee

This On-time Delivery Guarantee (“Guarantee”) explains how PowerPoint.Guru (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) ensures timely delivery of services and what remedies are available if deadlines are not met.

1. Commitment to Deadlines

1.1. When you place an order and payment is confirmed, you select a delivery deadline (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days).

1.2. We guarantee to deliver the Product (presentation or related service) within the agreed deadline, provided that:

  • You supply complete and accurate order instructions;

  • All required files and materials are uploaded promptly;

  • You respond to clarification requests in a timely manner.

2. Approval Period

2.1. After delivery, you have 7 days to review and approve the Product.

2.2. For large orders (over 20 slides), the review and free revision period is extended to 14 days.

2.3. If you do not approve or request a revision within this period, the Product will be automatically deemed approved.

3. Remedies in Case of Delay

3.1. If we fail to deliver the Product within the agreed deadline (without a valid exception under §4), you are entitled to one of the following remedies:

  • Partial refund: recalculation of the order price according to the actual delivery time. Example: if you ordered 24h delivery but received it in 36h, the price difference between a 24h order and a 48h order will be refunded.

  • Credit for future orders: by mutual agreement, you may receive account credit instead of a refund.

  • Free expedited revision: if the late delivery affected quality, we may provide priority revisions free of charge.

3.2. Full refunds are available only in cases described in Money Back Guarantee.

4. Exceptions to Guarantee

The On-time Delivery Guarantee does not apply in cases where:

  • You provided incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed instructions or materials;

  • You delayed communication (e.g., unanswered clarification requests);

  • Technical issues occurred on your side (email provider, ISP, device failures);

  • Delivery was delayed due to force majeure events (natural disasters, global outages, government restrictions, war, strikes, pandemics).

5. Interaction with Other Policies

5.1. If you cancel an order before work has begun, you may be entitled to a full refund (Money Back Guarantee).

5.2. If the deadline is missed but you still wish to proceed with the Product, you may request revisions within 7–14 days after receipt (Revision Policy).

5.3. If the Product is refunded due to missed delivery, you lose the right to use the Product or any draft materials (Money Back Guarantee).

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. To benefit from this Guarantee, you must:

  • Provide clear and complete instructions at the time of order;

  • Upload necessary files and materials promptly;

  • Monitor your email and dashboard for messages from our Support team;

  • Approve or dispute the Product within the designated timeframe.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1. Our liability for delays is strictly limited to remedies described in §3.
