1.3. Payments are made in the currency displayed on the Website at the time of order. Conversion rates and additional charges from your bank or payment provider may apply.

3.1. All prices displayed on the Website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3.2. VAT is charged to customers residing in the European Union. VAT rates are applied according to applicable EU and local tax regulations.

3.3. VAT is non-refundable. If you request a refund (see Money Back Guarantee), only the net service fee will be returned.

4. Payment Verification

4.1. To prevent fraud and ensure security, we may require identity verification for certain transactions.

4.2. Verification may include:

  • Scan/photo of an identity document (passport, driver’s licence).

  • Proof of card ownership (showing only last 4 digits, name, and expiry date).

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds are only available in cases outlined in our Money Back Guarantee.

5.2. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

5.3. Refunds do not apply to:

6. Failed or Rejected Payments
